DEVELOPMENT

Next, we develop and refine the design, capturing the color palette, design style, and specific details by gathering live samples, creating necessary renderings and detailed drawings that enable you to visualize the end result and allow us to communicate vital information to the architects, contractors, vendors and other project contributors.

DOCUMENTATION

During this detail-oriented step, we produce finish schedules, any technical drawings, and construction documents for the use of build-out, and to guide every spatial detail, including framing, layout, materials, lighting, casework, surface finishes, furnishings and more.

EXECUTION

Our extensive experience in development and project teamwork enable us to confidently lead during the construction phase of the project.
